Jeevan Wellness products are non-refundable once an order is placed and processed.

No refund is available for delivered products, opened products, used products, change of mind, or incorrect product selection.

Cancellation requests can be reviewed only before dispatch from our warehouse.

After dispatch or delivery, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

For payment confirmation or shipment damage issues, contact support with your order ID and proof such as screenshots or an unboxing video.

Support review is for verification only and does not override the no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy.
